Friendly staff. Comfortable bed.
Room very small. No amenities. No chair to sit in, nor room for one. No window in room, not sure that meets fire code. No room to place the suitcase up off the floor other than on the bed. Simply put, room is just too small for comfort, especially for the price.
It was new and clean. In the summer, I can imagine it would be very nice.
The standard room, which we originally booked, has no windows! We had to upgrade for windows to a suite which was significantly more. We booked the hotel for its four star rating, but in winter the amenities are not available making this a poor value for winter.
We love bay harbour village. It's quaint and a great spot to stay. Very affordable this time of year
I thought that when I booked, I had booked a room (suite with an additional room with two beds. When we arrived we had to pay additional money to open up the adjoining room.
